ThermoCasting uses Thermoform™ advanced PVC-A pipe lining system meticulously crafted to rejuvenate and restore existing underground stormwater drainage and sewer pipes.

Addressing a
Pressing
Concern

with a
Dependable
Solution

With the increasing age of pipe infrastructure, there is a growing need for a reliable solution to tackle the problem.

The installation process of Thermocasting solely relies on the use of steam and does not depend on chemical reactions. This makes it an ideal choice for trenchless rehabilitation, as it offers a non-toxic, inert, and shelf-stable product.

What sets the ThermoCasting™ process apart is utilizing liner with a remarkable ability to expand and conform tightly to the contours of the host pipe, effortlessly accommodating any changes in shape or dimension.

During the manufacturing process, Fit and Form Pipe Liners are extruded in a similar manner to conventional PVC pipes. However, while still in a heated state, it is carefully folded into a ‘C’ or ‘H’ shape and securely wrapped around a transportation coil.

Upon delivery to the installation site, the material is readily available for installation, making the process straightforward and efficient. This not only reduces disruptions but also minimizes the environmental impact associated with the rehabilitation process.
